Blend and freeze for a few hours and you have a healthy version of this classic childhood treat! The amount you will need to make will depend on what popsicle molds you use but the amount below made 4 small popsicles with plenty of leftover. If you do have any leftover in the blender, I highly suggest putting it in the fridge for a couple hours to set for a seriously delicious, creamy chocolate mouse.
FOR THIS RECIPE YOU'LL NEED
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 4-5 tbsp maple syrup
- popsicle molds
- Blend the coconut milk, cacao powder, and maple syrup in a blender until fully combined and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into you popsicle, mold and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
